Job Summary
This newly created key executive role serves as the CEO of AVM Innovations AG (the holding company) and Group Chief Operating Officer (COO) for a successful corporate group specializing in Automation, Software, Engineering, and IT, employing around 75 staff in Dietfurt (SG). The core mission is to strategically develop and lead the holding company while centralizing administrative services and support functions (HR, Controlling, Administration) to achieve operational excellence and foster a strong group identity. You will be responsible for defining the group strategy, implementing controlling models (KPIs, reporting, budgeting), ensuring compliance, and developing group-wide HR and sales structures. This position offers significant autonomy, direct collaboration with the founder and executive management, and the unique opportunity to build central structures from the ground up, shaping the future of a future-oriented SME group.
