Job Summary

This is a pivotal leadership role focusing on developing and executing a forward-looking IT strategy to support international expansion, digital transformation, and global structure development. The Head of IT will manage and grow the existing IT team, working closely with executive management to digitally evolve processes and structures across national and international branches. Key responsibilities include ensuring a high-performing, scalable, and secure IT infrastructure, overseeing the implementation of modern technologies like Cloud, AI, and automation across production, engineering, and administration, and managing the global ERP rollout. The ideal candidate will possess a degree in Business Informatics or a related field, coupled with significant experience in an IT leadership role, preferably within an internationally focused industrial mid-sized company, and strong expertise in IT infrastructure, security, and project management.
