Job Summary

This Instrumentation and Control (I&C) Engineer role focuses on developing and implementing complex control systems within the EMSR (Electrical, Instrumentation, Control, and Regulation) environment for various clients. Day-to-day tasks include developing detailed control concepts, focusing on instrumentation technology within machinery and plant construction, and conceptualizing diverse systems related to overall control technology (Leittechnik). A critical component of the role is defining technical interfaces between different systems. To succeed, candidates must possess a completed engineering degree in Electrical Engineering or a comparable field, along with a fundamental understanding of industrial plants and control mechanisms. Professional experience in control system technology is desirable, and strong knowledge of procedural technology, including the ability to read P&I diagrams (R&I-Schemata) and functional descriptions, is required.
