Job Summary

This role is for an ambitious Research Associate focused on driving process development within complex technology projects. The successful candidate will be responsible for the technical leadership of a research and development project team, coordinating efforts to create cross-competence technical solutions. Key day-to-day tasks include defining measures to achieve project goals, creating and updating schedules, cost, and capacity plans for development tasks, and reporting on development status through regular reviews. The ideal candidate holds a degree in a technical or natural science field such as Physics or Materials Science and ideally possesses experience in developing optical systems and coordinating technical teams.
