Job Summary

This role is ideal for an ambitious Research Associate focused on Optics Process Development and Project Management. Key responsibilities include developing optics processes on diverse materials, ensuring successful transfer of these processes into series production, and managing project documentation, communication, and presentation of results. The Associate will coordinate internal and external expert teams, including international institutes, and manage supplier qualification and coordination. Candidates must hold a successfully completed university degree in Physics or Engineering (a PhD is highly desirable) and possess strong teamwork, communication, and resilience. Good English skills, both written and spoken, are advantageous.
