Job Summary
This role seeks an ambitious IT Support Specialist to help deliver next-level technological solutions by serving as the primary point of contact for user inquiries and technical issues. Day-to-day responsibilities include the capture, analysis, processing, and escalation of incoming incident reports using a dedicated ticketing system. Key technical duties involve the administration and management of the Microsoft Active Directory, along with performing software installations and comprehensive client troubleshooting on end devices across various locations.
