Job Summary
This role involves leading and managing complex development projects within the electrical engineering domain, ensuring adherence to time, cost, and quality standards. The Project Manager will be responsible for creating detailed project plans, organizing and conducting milestone meetings, and performing feasibility analyses for technical concepts. A key part of the job is coordinating prototype construction, ensuring products achieve series maturity, and supporting the series launch in manufacturing through close collaboration with various departments. The ideal candidate holds a degree in Electrical Engineering or Mechatronics, possesses proven experience managing technical development projects, and is proficient in standard project management tools and methodologies. Fluency in both German and English is required for effective communication and negotiation.
