Job Summary

This role focuses on leading the Automation module within challenging shipbuilding and marine technology projects, collaborating closely with Research and Development teams. The Project Manager is tasked with overseeing the selection and guidance of both internal and external system partners, and managing the dedicated project team to ensure the overall project is completed on time and meets quality standards. A core responsibility involves technical communication and coordination across various trades. Candidates must hold a degree in Electrical Engineering or an equivalent qualification, coupled with professional experience in the shipbuilding sector, ideally focusing on new construction. Success in this role requires strong proficiency in both German and English, and initial leadership experience is highly desirable.
