Job Summary

This role involves serving as a technical sub-project lead focused on system integration for communications systems, primarily within the shipbuilding and marine technology sector. Day-to-day responsibilities include drafting procurement and performance specifications, meticulously monitoring and managing subcontractors and suppliers, and conducting technical performance evaluations of complex communication equipment. A key part of the job is reviewing and validating technical specifications provided by system suppliers, construction specifications, and requirement profiles. The ideal candidate holds a technical degree in fields like communications or electrical engineering and brings several years of professional experience, preferably in naval shipbuilding or operational/tactical training from the German armed forces. Fluency in both German and English is mandatory for success in this demanding role.
