Job Summary

This role involves connecting people and technology by serving as a Service Technician specializing in Information and Communication Technology (ICT). Day-to-day responsibilities include the installation and mounting of radio relay systems, digital/analog radio systems, and general electrical systems. The technician will provide technical service, perform maintenance, troubleshoot issues, and meticulously document all service activities. A key component of the role is customer support and consultation. Candidates should possess a technical education, ideally with further training as a Technician in fields like electronics, energy/building technology, or IT systems. Essential requirements include initial experience in the installation, maintenance, and repair of telecommunication networks, strong analytical skills for fault resolution, and fluency in German (B2) and good English skills (B2).
