Job Summary

This role seeks a dedicated Field Service Technician passionate about modern radio technology to ensure high-tech radio devices are operational nationwide across Germany. The core responsibilities involve traveling to customer sites to perform installation, configuration, preventative maintenance, complex diagnostics, and on-site troubleshooting of communication systems. The technician will serve as a primary technical contact, providing customer training and detailed documentation of all service activities, while also collaborating with support, sales, and product development teams. Success requires a background as a certified Electrician or Technician, coupled with proven field service experience and deep knowledge of installation and repair, ideally within communications technology.
