Job Summary

This role is for an ambitious Electronics Technician specializing in power and energy systems, focusing on the maintenance, monitoring, and optimization of complex energy infrastructure. Day-to-day tasks involve the upkeep and oversight of critical systems such as climate control, heating, cooling, and cold water generation plants. You will independently schedule and execute maintenance projects, troubleshoot faults in highly automated energy and building technology systems, and document all actions, both manually and using IT systems. A key aspect of the job is coordinating with external suppliers for spare parts and planning. The ideal candidate possesses a technical trade qualification (e.g., Industrial Electronics Technician or Mechatronics Technician), experience in maintaining production and energy plants, and foundational knowledge in climate technology, process engineering, hydraulics, and pneumatics.
