Job Summary
This role involves leading the technical operations and management of properties, ensuring seamless functionality and compliance. The Facility Manager is responsible for overseeing and controlling technical operating procedures within the facilities, coordinating all necessary maintenance, repair, and upkeep activities, and strictly adhering to legal regulations and safety standards. Key responsibilities also include budget planning, cost control, and the efficient economic management of the properties. Candidates should possess a degree in Facility Management or Real Estate Economics, coupled with professional experience in facility or technical building management. Success requires strong organizational skills, proficiency in MS Office and ideally CAFM systems, and the ability to effectively coordinate external service providers and manage budgets, making this an ideal role for an experienced, solution-oriented professional.
