Job Summary

The Cybersicherheitsagentur Baden-Württemberg (CSBW) is seeking an IT Services Administrator to help build a modern, agile, and innovative public authority focused on enhancing cybersecurity in the region. This role involves comprehensive IT organizational duties, including hardware and software administration, procurement, inventory management, and Mobile Device Management (MDM). Day-to-day responsibilities include providing crucial First-Level Support to users, managing user accounts and rights assignment within systems like Active Directory and Exchange, and acting as the decentralized administrator for the E-File BW system. The successful candidate will also be responsible for creating detailed IT-related documentation and handling the management of individual projects and special tasks, contributing actively to the agency's mission to secure Baden-Württemberg's cyberspace. A key requirement is a successfully completed vocational qualification in a relevant IT or ICT field.
