Job Summary

This role seeks a highly motivated Hardware Development Engineer to join the development department, focusing on creating hardware for radio technology used in voice and data radio communications for German authorities and security organizations. Day-to-day responsibilities include designing, drawing, and routing printed circuit boards (PCBs) using EAGLE, coordinating closely with suppliers, and conducting simulations using tools like LT-Spice or Agilent’s ADS. The engineer will also be responsible for verifying development results using modern, sensitive measurement technology. Key requirements include a degree in Electrical Engineering or Communications Technology, strong knowledge of circuit design and high-frequency technology, and familiarity with digital signal processing.
