Job Summary
This internal role as a Healthcare Supply and Billing Coordinator involves crucial administrative tasks supporting the provision of respiratory aids to over 10,000 patients nationwide. The coordinator will work closely with a 10-person team to manage the entire supply and billing cycle within the Cost Carrier department. Daily responsibilities include meticulously checking medical prescriptions (Verordnungen), preparing supply orders for delivery planning, creating detailed cost estimates, and resolving outstanding billing issues directly with health insurance funds (Krankenkassen). Key qualifications include commercial training, professional experience within the healthcare sector, and familiarity with specific German medical forms (like Muster 16 prescriptions). The ideal candidate must be reliable, possess strong interpersonal skills for maintaining professional relationships with insurance partners, and demonstrate detailed knowledge of health insurance contracts. This position offers a stable, family-friendly work environment with flexible hours (7:30 AM to 5:00 PM) and guaranteed weekends and holidays off.
