Job Summary

This role is for an Electrical Engineering Consultant to join Neilsoft, a global engineering and digitalization partner, at their new office in eastern Munich. The successful candidate will be instrumental in designing and shaping challenging industrial and infrastructure projects across the DACH region and globally. Day-to-day responsibilities include the conceptual design of electrical systems, defining the basis for detailed and execution planning, and optimizing electro-technical planning processes. Key tasks involve creating concepts, cable plans, design calculations, and preparing specifications, while ensuring quality standards are met within interdisciplinary project teams. The ideal candidate must have a degree in Electrical Engineering, 2–10 years of professional experience, proficiency with relevant industry standards and electrical software tools, and willingness to travel.
