Job Summary

This role involves leading a technical operations group responsible for the maintenance, monitoring, control, and optimization of building technical systems within the Bundeswehr Service Center in Munich. The Master Technician acts as the legally responsible expert (Fachkraft) for the Neubiberg operations group, managing it according to economic criteria. Day-to-day tasks include diagnosing and resolving defects, installing and maintaining electronic systems for power supply and building infrastructure, ensuring material management, and contributing to the upkeep of technical property operations. The role requires expertise in electrical trades, familiarity with SAP for reporting and data entry, and strong leadership skills to ensure compliance with legal regulations, inspections, and maintenance schedules. This is a full-time, permanent position offering flexible working hours and public sector benefits.

Required Skills

Education

Master Craftsman/Foreman Certification in the Electrical Trade (Meister im Elektrohandwerk)

Experience

  • Professional experience as a Master Technician in the electrical trade
  • Experience as a legally responsible expert (Fachkraft) according to § 9 OWiG and § 14 StGB (German law)
  • Experience managing technical operations groups
  • Experience with SAP for central data entry and reporting (Desired)
