Job Summary

This full-time, permanent position in Dresden seeks a highly competent Lead Electrical Technician and Site Supervisor to manage and execute complex electrical engineering projects from inception to completion. The successful candidate will be responsible for end-to-end project execution, including preparing offers, controlling the project budget, conducting technical quality checks, and ensuring final acceptance. A key component of the role is leadership, involving capacity planning, coordinating internal employees and subcontractors, and maintaining strong customer relationships, including acquiring new contracts. Hands-on duties include independent maintenance work, commissioning, fault diagnosis, and conducting mandatory inspections according to VDE 0100 standards. Applicants must possess a completed electrical technical qualification, preferably an Electrical Master Craftsman or Technician certification, combined with several years of professional experience in electrical installation or plant construction, and basic commercial knowledge for calculations.
