Job Summary

This role involves managing and ensuring the smooth operation of critical IT services and applications within the energy sector. Day-to-day responsibilities include providing First and Second-Level IT support, managing updates and migration processes, and maintaining specialized business applications. You will be crucial in ensuring continuous, uninterrupted IT service delivery, analyzing and resolving operational issues in collaboration with internal teams and external providers, and documenting all configuration changes. The ideal candidate holds a degree in Information Technology or Computer Science and possesses professional experience in application and project management. Experience with current operating systems (Windows/Linux), database technologies (SQL, Oracle, MS SQL), and virtualized infrastructures is highly desirable, along with basic programming and scripting knowledge. Success in this position requires strong analytical skills, a structured approach to problem-solving, and excellent communication abilities to advise specialized departments on process definition and implementation.
