This role involves providing critical First and Second-Level IT support, both remotely and on-site, for internal users, focusing on documenting and resolving hardware and software issues via a ticketing system. A core responsibility is the administration and maintenance of the Windows Server and Client environment, including virtualization and storage systems. The specialist will also manage and advance the Microsoft Cloud environment, specifically Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Azure Services, Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Microsoft Teams, and Intune. Key requirements include a completed IT education or relevant training, several years of professional experience in IT support or system administration, and strong foundational knowledge of the Microsoft ecosystem.
