This role is ideal for an experienced Master Electrician or Electrical Engineering Technician ready to take on project leadership and personnel management within a long-established, innovative family company specializing in electrical systems and energy efficiency. The successful candidate will be responsible for the end-to-end coordination of construction projects, including material provisioning, stakeholder alignment (planners, experts, clients), and ensuring the economic viability of the ventures. Key responsibilities also include calculating costs based on service specifications and leading and motivating the technical team. Candidates must possess a completed advanced qualification in electrical engineering, experience with building electrical outfitting processes, and strong knowledge of relevant German regulatory standards (VDE/VOB/BGB).
