Job Summary

This specialist role within a long-established, family-owned electrical engineering company focuses on the installation, commissioning, and maintenance of advanced building security systems. The technician will be responsible for installing safety-critical infrastructure, including fire alarm, voice alarm, and intrusion detection systems. A core part of the job involves programming and commissioning these systems, as well as independently managing service and maintenance contracts. Furthermore, the role requires participation in a 24-hour emergency service rotation to handle urgent disruptions. Candidates must possess completed vocational training as an Electronics Technician for Information and Telecommunications Technology or equivalent qualifications, demonstrate independence, and hold a valid Class B driver's license.
