Job Summary

This role involves providing critical 2nd-Level technical support for complex issues related to innovative battery energy storage systems, crucial for the energy transition. Day-to-day responsibilities include analyzing and resolving technical faults remotely and occasionally on-site, performing remote maintenance and diagnostics using specialized software, and actively troubleshooting equipment alongside the Field Service Team. The specialist will communicate professionally with technical contacts and end-customers, maintain detailed technical documentation and service reports, and collaborate closely with Product Management and Development to improve services. Key qualifications include a technical education (e.g., Electronics Technician or Mechatronics) or a degree in Electrical/Energy Engineering, foundational knowledge in power electronics and measurement technology, and strong problem-solving skills. Required Skills

Education

Completed technical vocational training (e.g., Electronics Technician for Energy and Building Technology, Mechatronics) with advanced qualification (Technician/Master Craftsman) or a university degree (Electrical Engineering, Energy Technology)

Experience

  • Experience with diagnostic software and analysis tools
  • Experience with ticketing systems and CRM software is beneficial
