Job Summary

Day-to-day tasks include conducting and managing research and development projects, specifying and verifying material and process specifications, documenting theoretical foundations, and assessing technical properties through standardized tests, including corrosion, adhesion, and surface analytics. The role demands the creation of quality assurance and standardization concepts, defining robust test programs, and providing comprehensive technical support regarding corrosion requirements for manufacturing and customers. Candidates must possess a minimum Bachelor's degree in a relevant engineering or science field, several years of professional experience in materials testing or surface coating, and proven knowledge of Google Workspace. Success requires strong analytical thinking, a structured approach, high results orientation, and fluent English communication skills to effectively collaborate with internal and external partners across all levels.

  • Professional experience in surface technology (ideally)
