Job Summary

This leadership role involves managing and strategically developing an accredited Calibration Laboratory (certified under DIN EN ISO/IEC 17025) for an international service provider specializing in electrical measurement and testing technology. The Head of the Laboratory is responsible for maintaining and expanding the accreditation scope, organizing and participating in external audits with the German Accreditation Body (DAkkS), and conducting internal audits in collaboration with quality management. Day-to-day duties include ensuring the correct execution of accredited calibration processes, handling complaint management, and preparing crucial technical documentation such as measurement uncertainty budgets, calibration instructions, and procedural guidelines. The ideal candidate holds a degree in a natural science field (such as Electrical Engineering or Physics) and possesses extensive professional experience in accreditation environments, coupled with deep expertise in electrical measurement variables like current, voltage, resistance, and frequency. This is a permanent, full-time position offering technical leadership and high visibility within the company's quality framework.
