This leadership role involves managing and developing the Electrical Engineering and Building Automation sectors for the Leipzig and Berlin branches. The Branch Manager serves as the primary contact for industrial and public sector clients and projects. Day-to-day responsibilities include leading, motivating, and developing the team, expanding business fields, acquiring new customers, and managing existing client relationships. A core function is the steering of complex projects, encompassing calculation, controlling, and reporting. Candidates must hold a degree in Electrical Engineering/Building Automation or equivalent qualification (Master Craftsman/Technician), coupled with several years of relevant experience and proven leadership capabilities. Essential qualifications include strong knowledge of contract law (VOB/BGB/HOAI) and solid business acumen.
