Job Summary
This role involves driving the digital transformation of financial processes within a leading provider of technology for the cement and lime industry. The Digital Finance Analyst will be responsible for sustainably developing and standardizing Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) processes and templates to enhance efficiency and organizational consistency. A key focus will be designing, implementing, and optimizing modern FP&A tools and dashboards, including SAP, Power BI, and Qlik Sense, to boost transparency and accelerate decision-making. Candidates should possess a degree in Business Administration, Finance, or Controlling, coupled with several years of professional experience in finance, ideally within an international setting. Strong analytical skills, IT affinity, and excellent communication abilities, along with very good written and spoken English, are essential for success in this forward-thinking, analytical position.

Education
Degree in Business Administration with a focus on Accounting, Finance, or Controlling, or comparable qualification
Experience
- Several years of professional experience in finance and accounting
- Experience in an international environment (ideally)
- Practical experience with FP&A-relevant systems (SAP, Power BI, Qlik, Anaplan)
