Job Summary

This role involves operating and controlling production facilities for Verbio Chem GmbH, a pioneering startup within the established Verbio Group focused on green chemistry in Bitterfeld. The Chemical Plant Operator will work in a 4-shift system, primarily monitoring and controlling the plant via the Process Control System (PCS). Key responsibilities include independently troubleshooting operational disruptions, conducting quality assurance through sampling and simple in-process laboratory analyses, and assisting with routine maintenance and repairs. Furthermore, the operator manages internal logistics, handling raw materials and finished products. Candidates must possess a completed apprenticeship as a Chemical Technician or substantial professional experience in chemical production plant operation.
