Job Summary

This role involves ensuring the compliant and timely execution of electrical engineering works on high-value construction projects in Stuttgart. The Site Supervisor will be responsible for rigorously monitoring the work of executing companies, coordinating schedules, and managing financial aspects, including the review of invoices and change orders. A core duty is the comprehensive management of defects from identification through remediation up to final acceptance. You will also support planners during the design phase and assist in the procurement process. Successful candidates must possess a relevant qualification, such as a State-certified Technician, Master Craftsman, or a degree in Electrical Engineering or Energy and Building Technology, coupled with several years of industry experience and strong knowledge of German construction and contract law (VOB, BGB).
