Job Summary

This role involves acting as a Field Safety Engineer and Inspector within the statutory accident insurance sector, focusing on the Wiesloch, Mosbach, and Vaihingen regions. Day-to-day responsibilities include advising companies in the Electrical Engineering and Precision Mechanics industries on occupational safety and health protection, assessing workplace conditions, and analyzing the complex interplay between technology, organization, and human behavior to ensure safe work systems. You will be responsible for mandating necessary safety measures, conducting accident investigations, and leading training sessions for member companies. The ideal candidate holds a Master's degree (or equivalent) in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field, coupled with at least two years of professional experience.
