Job Summary
This role is for a highly skilled Lead Industrial Electrician tasked with site supervision and operational technology management across regional projects in the Freiberg, Chemnitz, and Dresden areas. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining the project schedule, ensuring contract-compliant execution according to technical standards and norms, and managing material requirements and logistics. Key daily activities include coordinating internal staff, temporary workers, and subcontractors, performing quality checks, and meticulously documenting construction progress. This position requires strong technical expertise in low-voltage, high-voltage, and security technology, coupled with excellent organizational and communication skills. Required Skills
Education
Completed vocational training in the electrical field. Master Electrician or Technician qualification is ideal.

- Experience in ensuring contract-compliant construction execution (norms and standards)
- Experience collaborating on surveying and billing processes
