Job Summary

This role involves the independent execution of magnetic crack testing (Flux testing) on cast, forged parts, and chain components, ensuring high quality and safety standards. Day-to-day tasks include meticulous preparation and flux treatment of test parts, professional evaluation of test results, and precise documentation of all testing data. The technician will also be responsible for taking test parts, including grinding, and performing Brinell hardness testing. Key qualifications include a completed vocational training in the metal sector, proven experience in magnetic particle and crack testing, and specific certification in Magnetic Testing Level MT 1. This is a full-time, permanent position requiring flexibility and the willingness to work in a 3-shift operation, offering a stable career path within a major German personnel service provider.
