Job Summary

This role involves the independent management and execution of construction sites within the medium voltage sector. Key responsibilities include coordinating material logistics, leading and deploying on-site personnel, and ensuring effective communication and alignment with project managers and clients. A critical part of the job is maintaining thorough documentation of daily and weekly work processes, including hours and supplementary tasks. For smaller sites, active participation as a skilled worker is expected. Candidates must possess completed training in Electrical Engineering, multi-year professional experience in the field, and initial experience as a Senior Foreman or Site Manager. Good German language skills (minimum B2) and a Class B driver's license are mandatory prerequisites for success in this demanding technical leadership position.
