Job Summary

This role involves managing the technical execution and contract-compliant completion of construction projects, focusing specifically on security technology and physical access control systems. Day-to-day responsibilities include coordinating assembly work, scheduling, commissioning, and final acceptance of services while strictly managing costs. The Construction Manager acts as the central point of contact for project management, internal staff, and subcontractors, actively participating in planning meetings and final inspections. A key part of the job is the early identification of deviations, delays, and additional costs, initiating corrective measures in coordination with the Project Management team. Candidates should possess professional experience in security technology, ideally with prior experience as a Senior Technician or Construction Manager, and hold a relevant technical qualification (e.g., Communications Electronics Technician or IT Systems Electronic Technician).
