Job Summary
This role involves the independent planning, execution, and optimization of all Search Engine Advertising (SEA) campaigns, primarily using platforms like Google Ads and Microsoft Ads, focused on generating qualified new customer leads. The manager will be responsible for developing comprehensive keyword strategies, defining ad logics, and deriving landing page requirements in collaboration with relevant departments. A key part of the job is continuous, data-driven monitoring of SEA activities, analyzing metrics such as lead quality, CPL, and conversion rates. Beyond digital marketing, the role includes lead qualification, initial telephone and written contact with potential new customers to determine needs, conducting sales consultations, preparing offers, negotiating prices and conditions, and ensuring accurate data capture within the CRM system. This position requires strong sales acumen, understanding of digital lead processes, and fluency in German.
Required Skills
Education
Completed university degree with a digital focus or comparable vocational training
Experience
- Professional experience in performance marketing or sales (ideally)
- Proven sales qualification and routine conversational skills in a new customer context
- Understanding of customer journeys and digital lead processes
