Job Summary

This Senior IT Systems Engineer role involves taking ownership of sophisticated IT environments, technical projects, and critical infrastructure decisions for diverse clients. Day-to-day responsibilities include the autonomous administration, operation, and ongoing development of server, client, and hybrid cloud systems, leveraging expertise in Windows Server, Active Directory, Microsoft 365, and Hyper-V virtualization. You will be instrumental in planning and implementing optimized IT architectures, managing network security, and executing system modernizations and migrations. Furthermore, you will serve as the technical escalation point, providing Second and Third-Level support for complex issues, documenting solutions, and managing specialized industry software (like ERP/CAD) and telephony systems (3CX). The ideal candidate possesses several years of practical experience, excellent technical knowledge across the Microsoft stack and networking, and a proactive, solution-oriented mindset. This position offers genuine autonomy, direct collaboration with executive management, and an environment focused on implementing improvements rather than just processing tickets.
