Job Summary
This role is ideal for an IT professional or a career changer with practical experience who excels at problem-solving and client interaction. You will be responsible for providing 2nd Level IT support, focusing on analyzing, troubleshooting, and resolving complex issues reported through a ticketing system. Day-to-day tasks include processing service requests, managing software installations, ensuring IT security measures are in place, and maintaining technical documentation. A key part of the job involves the installation, configuration, and maintenance of client devices and peripherals, as well as actively supporting various IT projects, such as hardware and software rollouts. The position requires strong communication skills, a reliable and independent work ethic, and proficiency in both German and English, offering attractive compensation and flexible working arrangements including home office options after the initial training period.

Completed vocational training or university degree in the IT field; career changers with practical experience are welcome
Experience
- Professional experience in IT Support or related field
- Initial experience in Helpdesk / Service Desk is advantageous
