Job Summary

This role seeks a Subject Matter Expert to manage and optimize device processes within the network connection process, primarily utilizing SAP S/4 and SAP MCM systems for an energy sector company in Dortmund. Day-to-day responsibilities include deeply analyzing new system and metering concept change processes, identifying and resolving complex errors (clarification cases), and managing escalated complaints related to network connection, specifically focusing on device processes within SAP. The ideal candidate must possess several years of experience in SAP IS-U or SAP S/4, particularly with a focus on device management, coupled with a background in the energy industry, ideally within network connection processes.
