Job Summary

This role involves independently managing construction sites focused on medium voltage technology projects. The Site Manager is responsible for coordinating material deployment, leading and assigning on-site personnel, and ensuring alignment with project managers and clients. A critical part of the role is detailed documentation of daily and weekly operations, including working hours and additional tasks. For smaller projects, the manager is expected to actively contribute as a skilled worker. Ideal candidates possess a completed qualification in Electrical Engineering, preferably supplemented by further training as a Technician or Master Craftsman. Multiple years of professional experience in electrical engineering, coupled with initial experience as a lead fitter or site manager, are essential for success in this demanding leadership position.
