Job Summary

This role involves working on an innovative, mission-driven project within the social economy sector, focusing on building and maintaining robust data infrastructure for a Voicebot. The Data Engineer will be responsible for setting up and managing data pipelines, consolidating and integrating diverse data sources (such as knowledge bases, conversation logs, and website content), and ensuring high data quality and availability. A core part of the job is supporting the selection and implementation of Artificial Intelligence (AI) models, particularly those related to Natural Language Processing (NLP). Key qualifications include a degree in Computer Science or a related field, strong foundational knowledge in Machine Learning and NLP, and hands-on experience with ETL processes, data modeling, and database technologies (SQL/NoSQL).
