Job Summary

This leadership role involves the autonomous management and strategic direction of the Energy Supply division within a leading German services company specializing in industrial electrical engineering. The Area Manager will take full project responsibility, overseeing everything from technical and commercial assessment, resource planning (personnel and materials), to final acceptance. Key day-to-day tasks include calculating costs, preparing bids, coordinating project timelines, and ensuring seamless execution across complex electrical engineering projects, such as low/medium voltage switchgear and transformer installations. The ideal candidate holds an Engineering degree, preferably in Electrical Power Engineering, or an equivalent technical qualification (Master/Technician), coupled with extensive professional experience in project management and control, ideally familiar with VOB regulations. This position requires strong leadership, initiative, pragmatic problem-solving skills, and willingness to travel within the greater Frankfurt am Main area.
