Job Summary

This role involves supporting IT rollouts and providing on-site support for various end customers within a 50km radius of the Düsseldorf/Cologne area, tailored to the technician's residence. Day-to-day tasks include the installation, configuration, and commissioning of essential IT hardware such as PCs, laptops, printers, and peripherals. The technician will also be responsible for troubleshooting hardware and software issues, performing functional tests, and resolving faults in compliance with Service Level Agreements (SLAs). Key requirements include a completed apprenticeship in IT System Integration or a comparable qualification, practical experience in rollouts and user support, and strong proficiency in Windows 10/11 and MS Office.
