This role is ideal for an experienced IT Technician specializing in 1st and 2nd Level Support, focusing on maintaining stable IT operations within a complex system landscape, specifically for a client in the banking sector. Day-to-day responsibilities include supporting hardware rollouts, managing IT projects, and resolving disruptions both remotely and directly onsite at the Freimann and Funkhaus locations. The technician will handle customer inquiries via various channels, document issues, manage hardware setup and dismantling, and maintain asset data. Key qualifications include a completed vocational training in IT System Integration or equivalent, strong experience in 1st and 2nd Level Support, proficiency with Windows and Office environments, and excellent German language skills.
