Job Summary

This role involves providing essential on-site IT support and administration for schools and business clients of a leading telecommunications and internet service provider in the Cologne-Bonn-Aachen region. The Field Service System Administrator will be responsible for the end-to-end management of IT systems, including installation, configuration, and adaptation at customer locations. Key daily tasks include troubleshooting, documenting issues within a ticketing system, performing regular maintenance, and updating technical documentation and knowledge bases. Candidates must possess a completed IT apprenticeship or equivalent qualification, extensive knowledge of Windows operating systems, and practical experience in technical support for printers, IT peripherals, and networks.
