Job Summary
This permanent position as an Equal Opportunities Officer in Fürstenfeldbruck involves actively promoting gender equality, women's advancement, and the reconciliation of family/care responsibilities with professional life within the Jobcenter. Day-to-day responsibilities include providing expert advice and support to management, staff, job seekers, and employers on equality matters. You will be responsible for planning, developing, and implementing concepts and measures to foster equal opportunities, such as organizing projects, building networks, and conducting training. A critical component is the gender-relevant analysis and evaluation of the labor and training market. The role requires a strong educational background (university degree or equivalent professional experience), coupled with fundamental knowledge of the SGB II legal framework, labor market policy, and Gender Mainstreaming principles. Required Skills
Education
(Technical) University Degree (Fach-/Hochschulabschluss) OR University entrance qualification, technical college entrance qualification, or completed vocational training.
Experience
- Professional experience in network building (regional and nationwide) is desirable
- At least three years of professional experience in comparable tasks (required if lacking a university degree)
- Fundamental knowledge of business policy, strategic goals, and control logic in the SGB II legal framework
- In-depth knowledge of products, programs, and procedures in the SGB II legal framework
- In-depth knowledge of the regional labor market
