This permanent, part-time position seeks a dedicated Technical Instructor to guide young professionals in Electrical Engineering and Information Technology. The core responsibilities involve planning, preparing, and independently delivering both theoretical and practical training sessions, specifically within vocational training (ÜLU) and career orientation programs. Key daily tasks include creating comprehensive training materials, conducting essential work safety instructions, continuously optimizing the curriculum, and evaluating participant performance while providing constructive feedback. The role requires meticulous administrative work, such as managing class records and coordinating material procurement. Candidates must hold a successful qualification in Electrical Engineering or IT, complemented by certification as a Master Craftsman or State-Certified Technician, along with 4-5 years of relevant professional experience. The ideal candidate will possess pedagogical experience, strong methodological competence, and excellent communication skills, coupled with a desire to actively shape and improve training strategies.
