Job Summary

This role involves serving as the critical interface between Medicover Genetics and its clients, focusing heavily on active Key Account Management within the Southern Region of Germany. The Field (Key) Account Manager will be responsible for proactively acquiring new customers, managing and advising existing accounts, and strategically developing long-term customer relationships. Target contacts include specialist physicians, laboratory personnel, and administrative leaders in hospitals, university clinics, and private practices/MVZs. The ideal candidate must possess a compelling and engaging demeanor, demonstrating passion for sales and a deep understanding of customer needs to provide optimal solutions and top-tier service. The position requires independent development and implementation of sales and market strategies, along with a keen sense for market trends and process optimization.
