The successful candidate will join the Data Services department, which is crucial for operational support in areas like Bioinformatics, Software Development, and Data Management. Key responsibilities center on the monitoring, supervision, and continuous optimization of productive data processing workflows. This involves managing the entire data lifecycle, from handling raw data input and executing Quality Control (QC) steps and analysis pipelines, through to report generation and secure data archiving. The position requires initiative and collaboration, supporting various operational departments with data evaluation and management tasks, and participating in internal development projects.
