Job Summary

This role involves leading a team of approximately seven members dedicated to Qualification and Validation within a family-owned, sustainable pharmaceutical/natural products company. The Team Lead will be responsible for the technical and disciplinary management of the team, focusing on the qualification of equipment and facilities, and the validation of manufacturing and cleaning processes. Key responsibilities include systematically developing internal standards based on current laws and guidelines, planning and executing qualification/validation projects, and conducting risk management for quality assurance projects. Candidates must possess a scientific or technical background, such as in pharmaceutical technology or chemistry, coupled with professional experience in qualification/validation within a regulated manufacturing environment.
